I think the problem with oakwood is honestly women, not being sexist but its like non of them can mind thief own business. Yes it's horrible this kind of bs happens too clients cuz of some twisted staff but the main problem is everyone there loves causing drama and gets off on spreading rumors. They talk bout everyone but their self, bluegrass is a good company too work for but I'm so glad I don't work at the god forsaken hell hole of female drama. Connection was the best thing too happen too some of them clients and were shutting down too save some big wigs a couple bucks. Smh

Here is the problem...Oakwood had a lot of good employees they laid off a few years ago...Their ideal was to lay off employees that had been there several years and making a decent hourly wage at that time to try and save money for the higer ups bonuses and paychecks and spending spree's..They laid these employees off and cut the entey level pay and turned right around and tried calling alot of the employees they just laid off to come back and work for alot lesser pay, which i dont think any did...So now they have to hire new people to replace the ones they laid off and the ones that are quiting due to no raises for years..Bluegrass hurt the employees and most important the clients that live there by doing that...Oakwood hasnt given any raises for the last 5 years and not anytime soon it looks like..It will only get worse as the employees that have been there along time and proven themselves good workers are leaving because there is no future as an employee if you cant at least get cost of living pay increases and they have to hire new people...Management needs to realize that direct care staff are the MOST important workers at oakwood and treat them with respect and give them their raises back so they can keep good employees and not have to hire new ones

Aw, shucks, it's getting a little closer to election time--next year (county) and the next for statewide offices. Conway is simply trying to lay the foundation for the State House (governorship). We will see how things go for him. A year and half ago, he had no concern for a dependent person being abused. I think that is going to come back and bit his butt.
