So the Fk what!
Amerikans should ban together and end this insurance scam buisness.
The only reason the state makes people even have insurance is all the revenue and jobs it creates.
So the Insurance Agents get rich while robbing people legally.
My sister is an "Insurance" Agent with State Farm and trust me all Insurance people are legal thiefs a lot like preachers and care sales man. They will lie, cheat and in this case legally steal in the name of the law of course that requires people even have it'
Once again the stupid Amerikans take it up there asses by having laws that force people to be a part of the legal shamory
I pity people who don't have insurance it not because they are irresponsible it's usually because they can't afford to get it or have it
Quit busting this kids balls we do after all have bigger fish to fry.
Imagine if every Amerikan banded and acted together to say F the Insurance Companys and laws and no one had it?

For future reference kid always plead not guilty even if you are and demand a jury trial of your peers you get to pick 6 out after you interview them to see if you even want them on your jury
look at o j and casey anthony also it will cost the County
also it cost the county more to prosecute you and the punishment is the same (according to law/) for a crime any way so you can't get more of a sentence for fighting the county for your rights.
People are so dumb taking plea bargins if the court is going to F you might as well make them work and pay for it........
Basically kid don't bend over and tell them to F you harder next time make them work and pay for it

I forgot to mention not only does the county have to pay for it you stand the chance of being aquitted and let off altogther. Remember your punishment is the same if found guilty so isn't it worth the chance to "stick" it to the County and possible walk freely from it???
God Bless Amerika and our F'd up courts and laws that allow such opportunities to people who are criminals or the innocently accused..........

One more tip never make a statement till your required to in court because if someone is chargedd with a crime weather you did it or not before presenting your defense which can be manufactured on this right alone you REQUEST legally all the "evidence" against you by law the prosecution has to give it to the "defendant" upon request. But you have to "request it.
If the cops want to question someone instead of talking to them excersise your right to remain silent because if the cops have enough to charge someone they are not going to bother "talking to them" they will just arrest your ass. But people are dumb and think they can "explain" things and that's where you get screwed. Your statments are documented and in some cases can be mis-interprited, or changed altogther and ultimatly used against you......
