Former Massey executive pleads guilty to federal mine safety charges
U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin announced Thursday that a longtime Massey Energy Company executive pleaded guilty to two federal crimes in connection with an ongoing investigation of Massey.

When are the inspectors (federal & state) goimg to be inspected and prosecuted for their disregard of human life.

Im going to request drug testing kits be placed on all out units so we can demand the state and federal inspectors submit to a drug test as soon as they show up on the bottom.
