Miami man in illegal business with Cuba faces 35 years in prison
Pedro Adriano Borges might not be in jail today if only he had waited 20 years to take part in a scheme that shipped a measly $93,000 worth of goods from Miami to Cuba.

I suspect that he shipped from Miami and not Puerto Rico or better yet Colombia as that is how those who engage in illegal activity usually ship from, many have homes there.
