based on the http://www.jailguide.com/goodtime_calculator.... Federal Prison Sentence Calculator, its possible he'll get some good time credit applied to his sentence - all he has to do is keep his nose clean and mind his own business.

Why should he not go to jail? He pleaded guilty to a federal offense. If everyone who worked in a bank did this, how would that work out for YOU when you tried to buy groceries or pay your rent. Seems like some checks would bounce.
He cheated, lied ,stole. A few of the big ten broken there.
I am so sorry for his family and friends and even him, sounds like he should have known better, seemed to have a lot of decent people around him.

I guess the FBI should use a new Urim and Thummim. Do you think the LDS church will loan theirs out? After all, it correctly translated the golden plates to what is now the greatest and most correct religion on the face of the earth.

You cannot go wrong there. I say you appeal to Gavin's attorney and ask for a Urim and Thummim in order to correct the translation issues.

Dude... This is crazy. He' my uncle. The last time I heard of him, he was the bishop of the LDS church in St. George. After his mother, my grandma died, he abandoned us. That whole family did. He finally gets what he deserves for touching a little girl he's related to and for being the biggest hypocrite in the world... I mean universe.

It's a pleasure to know the wanker got what he deserves. This made my day and I actually feel like celebrating!
