We don't have any REAL accountability, or REAL program now. There are already REAL parolees frequenting the County Building's, 5 days a week, on both sides of the drive.
Any more stupid comments?

<quoted text>"You don't get to live in Section 8 or government projects if you have a criminal conviction." So where do you "get to" live? HAW...HAW...hawwwrrrrr! You may not "get to" do certain things, but NO ONE can stop you living where you choose. JH Christ! What a jackass comment. Stop spreading false information here!!
The jackass is the one who distorts reality. Touched a little nerve here did we? I work at a property management office. The Section 8 units are a very small part of the problem. Vallejo Housing is really good about getting rid of tenants who do not play by the rules. Having a non autorized resident in the unit is one of those rules. If there is one and it is reported, that tenant is gone. If you know of a tenant who lets someone live in the unit, report it. In Section 8 you can stop someone from living there. That is not so with private rentals. The run down ones are the cause of the problems. You can disbelieve all you want. You just live in a world of fear and false beliefs. Go ahead. You aren't going to change anything with the ignorance of those false beliefs.

sounds like a real good reason to shoot first at anybody that is in your house, property, or in your face, chances are good it will be a bad guy with at least one criminal offence and you only need one juror to let you off. does anyone think it's a bad idea to kill every bad guy when they make you make that decision. death and distruction to criminals and those who allow them to run loose !

No, your comment pretty much covers the stupid gamut, devoid of reason but with plenty of ad hom, but that's your modus operandi.

Haw...haw...hawwwrrrrr! So you're saying parolees are not allowed only in VHA managed units NOW? Haw...haw...hawwwrrrrr! And if they are, somebody has to snitch first, right? Haw...haw...hawwwwrrrrr! Lady, parolees are all over this town, in VHA units, private ones, whatever. Sounds like you are in the industry of farming the poor, we get it now. The only fear I have is this town WANTING more affordable housing and people like you pushing for it!

would you please clarify. vha does have non-authorized tenants? like who?

If people really don't want this center in Vallejo (and I don't), they should put their money where their mouths are and form an organized committee to accept donations to hire a law firm to fight it in court. Less whining and more action is the only thing these bureaucrats will understand. There are plenty of people in Vallejo with plenty of money to stop this if they truly want to. Let's roll!

Whats the problem Sam? Run out of money from the recall now. Looks to me like your just looking for a excuse to defraud the people out of more money.

Casper/Tony, You are distinctly the biggest a s s hole to ever comment on Topix Vallejo. Once again you remind us how little you know about whomever it is you are commenting about through your out in left field remarks. Kurshan made an intelligent suggestion, unlike you, who has never said anything intelligent here.

You need to concentrate on what will happen to you in court tomorrow, as your life is ebbing away and you are running out of time.

I know Sammy is a liar, woman abuser and embezzler of PAC money and commented on what I think his motivation is for his suggestion. Nothing left field about it at all. As for court tomorrow, why would I have to do anything? I told you before, I'm not Tony and I won't be there. I'll be in Nevada looking at some guns for sale.

LOL. sammy, nobody wants to "roll" with you. that's why you have to manipulate those icons. and it will have to be a real moron that would give you any money except to buy you a one way ticket out of town. people still remember your theft of the poorly organized, ill advised recall money. but you keep trying to dupe folks. it's amusing.

How can anyone remember something that you have made up?
There was no money to steal. No money was solicited, collected or donated.

Our neighbors in Pittsburg are likely to ban medical marijuana shops in their town tonight. Pittsburg!

Staff report excerpt:
"The City Council also believes medical marijuana dispensaries are "public nuisances" that result in violent crime and increased noise and foot traffic from non-residents and "out-of-area criminals"

All this welcoming of the weed trade in our town is one of the reasons parolees and other assorted criminals are drawn here, on top of our weak police presence. But by God, the voters wanted the tax money! And Gomes, Brown, and Sampayan said let them stay open!
