Considering all the posts that claim to know the "facts" and clearly don't, here's one for you:
Was anyone witness to what went on in the bedroom between these two? Then how do you, or how does anyone know the "facts".
That's the type of moronic logic that allows people to commit crimes again and again. Well, gee... if one person said it didn't happen then it must not have!

The facts are that he pled guilty and that other women were willing to come forward with similar claims of this type of behavior. So now it's at least three witnesses versus Dumler. Maybe the first two didn't come forward because they know there are idiots like you in the jury pool.

Using your logic, you could get sexually assualted in the woods by someone and presto... it didn't happen because bears can't testify. It's just you and the other person. Did it happen?

If the other women were ready to step forward then why didn't they and have seperate charges for each of them? I will state this again, this is none of our business. The problem with people today is everyone is worried about what everyone else is doing. The fact that he pleaded guilty means we know he pleaded guilty, no one knows the exact facts except Dumler and his accuser. My biggest concern is what he is doing with my tax dollars and right now I am not a fan of his because he is wasting them in the jail system. And no I didn't vote for Dumler.

What a SWEET deal the commonwealth attorney's office cut for Mr. Dumler! As part of his plea agreement, they decided not to prsecute him for the others that came forward! Really!
It all stinks of impropriety and the Commonwealth's Attorney should be fired! Why should Mr. Dumler get special care?

And, Mr. Graff you are one of the most impersonal people in the public eye that I have seen! You are a smug person in public!

This situation is getting more intolerable every day. Now he's able to pay a fee to serve his time on the weekends. I thought he did'nt have enough money to properly defend himself. As bad as driving under the influence is, what he plead quilty to is a lot worse.

I'll bet if he committed a crime against a minority his defenders would be up in arms (as well they should). Even if they weren't outraged, they'd pretend to be. But since the victim is "only" a female, they aren't concerned. His supporters should be ashamed of themselves

Good to know that the standards of Mallek and Rooker are so low that they don't have a problem with this scuz remaining on the Board. It makes you wonder just how low you have to sink before those two would find you not worthy of serving on the BOS. For a Dem, it would take murder. For a Republican, they would probably find a parking ticket enough of a disqualifier.

Whoever sold Rooker that hairpiece and told him it looks good, should get life in prison at Red Onion. I mean that person must have no conscience.

That hairpiece needs to be taken down across the railroad tracks and shot. It scares the Bejeezus out of me.

It became the business of people he represents when the charges were filed, and even more their business when he plead guilty. He didn't plead guilty to jay-walking or spitting on the street, he plead guilty to sexual battery, and admission on his part that he had done something wrong to his accuser. Sexual battery is a class 1 misdemeanor, the highest level of misdemanor under Virginia law. For some reason, he felt it was in his best interest to take a plea bargain. He must have thought there was some risk that he would be found guilty of the felony charge. The people of Scottsville voted him into his position, so it should be up to them to decide whether or not he should stay.

Maybe on Sunday afternoon when they go to let him out they won't be able to find the key.

Wow. Violence against women by an elected official is none of our business? The exact facts? You're an idiot. No one knows the "exact facts" of Charles Manson yet we're better off with him in prison.

I want to know WHO is going to take responsibility for letting Dumler run free during the weekdays when he assaults the next girl. SAVE THE NEXT GIRL and do not allow him to serve only weekends. Who cut this deal with him anyway? He CONFESSED and was CONVICTED. This is truly an outrage. HOW many votes does the Scottsville petition to remove this Scum Bag have already?
