Where or who came up with these statistics? Did the CA prisons seperate the sex offenders who returned for sex offense from the sex offenders who return for other crimes because society won't rent to them or hire them? Every stat I have seen shows sex offenders have the lowest rate of recidivism. And the one about the average sex offender harming 117 children is real bs. The average sex offender is a first timer who was close to the victim. It is sad that people who hate sex offenders aren't satisfied with the harsh sentences some get, but have to publish false reports to try to scare the rest of us into believing their bs.
