Let me guess?!?! Half of you think that the police are abusing their powers and dont care about your rights? Am I right? I am glad these were federal warrants so these low lifes will be gone for awhile.
Thank you Federal, State, County and City Police. If it weren't for you, people like this would be running our country just like our neighbors to the south.(Mexico for those of you who will need an explanation, which are the same people who will complain about the police.)

Law enforcement bullies and the conservative Rich folk that back them are ruining our country. A majority of them pick on people and ruin ordinary citizens lives in the process. Its all part of "Just doin my Job." PIGS SUCK!!!!

Im not a big fan of cops either but they have done thier job and done it well. There are no outstanding citizens on that list; all people that have extensive criminal backgrounds and will soon get what they deserve.....a long prison sentence.

Thank you VCDTF, ATF and FBI.

Really??? Are you one of those guys who were on your way to church, got pulled over for "speed" when you were really going one mile an hour under. And then the police "planted" meth, or marijuana on you? No? Cause there is no need for police to do that. There is enough people breaking laws that police don't "pick" on ordinary citizens. Maybe you need to straighten out your own life, and not hang out with the people who get into trouble. I dont know anyone who has went to jail who was truely innocent. And I fail to see how a traffic ticket can ruin a life!

Well you better check into that. Innocent people have been wrongly sentenced to prison. Every now and then a family will have enough money to fight it. Then the state has to release the person once it is proved beyond a reasonable doubt that they are innocent and in some cases even compensate them! It does happen! Of course in this case they were all guilty and caught red handed. The authorities done a good job bringing down yet another meth ring. Another ring will take its place. Hopefully they can keep up their good work and put a dent in the meth problem in our area. It's an ongoing battle that law enforcement will never win completely, but they must keep fighting it hard!

No, we call that "rebellion"

Most of the time I have noticed that this usually leads to a cold concrete floor and iron bars.

Back to the topic. 1st of all I wanna know how a prisoner, Wesley Hammond, smuggles in and continues to hide a cell phone all the while running a million dollar drug ring?? I mean are the gaurds asleep? Too busy with the weekly poker game or what?? I was under the understanding that jail cell searches and strip searches were a regular occurrence??

OH I get it: Mr Hammond took the guts out of his brand new Samsung TV remote control and slid the cell phone inside of it to conceal it. Or maybe he taped it on the back of his new jenn air downdraft stove?

You are right!! That does happen! But it is usually a trial by peers. So evidence at the time appeared to prove beyond a shadow of doubt, that they were guilty. It is not completely to officers fault. Mistakes happen, but that is more rare than the guilty that have not yet been caught. It is not always an easy job. But for someone to "HATE PIGS" and claim that they ruin the lives of all innocent people is riidiculous. And I would love to slap the shit out of exconservative! HE is a moron, and proof that evolution is false! He should move to Mexico where the police have almost no power or control. He seems to be someone who would enljoy that. I am sure he would have great luck there.

Same anit-teaparty people are to thank for his new tv and airconditioner. Ask the ACLU. I am sure they believe the inmates have a right to a cell phone. And the feds made sure he did not lose the phone so that the big dealers in terre haute were caught. And it worked. They tapped his phone (yes with a signed federal warrant) Police arent as dumb as some of you think we are!!!

HAHA!!! Yeah I hope if I run into this exconservative, while I am patroling some day, he does resist. I am willing to bet he is that one guy who says " I am going to kick your ass, I HATE YOU PIG!!" Ten minutes after he is already cuffed up and has had his oppertunity.

Wesley probably hid the phone up his ass. I heard he's a cell wife, thus probably making his sphincter big enough to hold an old bag phone. See ya in 30 years Wes. Say hi to Tatu Brown for me.

you're right...I'm scared. Now that you won that, give a good reason why it is that you hate the police. What have they done to you that wasnt honestly deserved? Put it out there, let topix bloggers be the judge, or you gonna be a computer bad ass, and continue to hate without a true reason?

I hate police the for the same reason most people hate them, they are arrogant bullies who ruin peoples lives on a daily basis and still sleep well at night. How it can actually make a human bieng feel good about themselves when they put a poor family man in jail for a traffic warrant is beyond me. Maybe it is because they're just doin their job and bieng mobile tax collectors and I hate taxes, but until things change I am going to fight the pigs until the day I die. By the way, I have met good cops in my life, but the usual creeps are the ones Im most familiar with. Remember Rodney King?
