Additionally, an international accord that is inconsistent with the U.S. Constitution is void under domestic U.S. law, the same as any other federal law in conflict with the Constitution. This principle was most clearly established in the case of Reid v. Covert.[8] The Supreme Court could rule an Article II treaty provision to be unconstitutional and void under domestic law, although it has not yet done so.

This could apply to NAFTA and the ongoing treatyfest that the global multinational elite are using to destroy the middle class in the U.S.

It's interesting that so few of the mainstream media made this story available to their viewers/readers. Every time I learn more about the world drug war, it appears as though drugs are being criminalized to profit those elites who benefit from the increased prices caused by criminalization. Whether your a banker laundering money for drug dealers or the President of Afghanistan using his association with Bush and the CIA to strong-arm competing opium producers, some of the wealthiest in the world are benefiting from caging the masses for doing the same thing they do. The Taliban had eradicated 90% of the opium production in Afghanistan before Bush invaded. The following year, Afghanistan produced a record crop. If you want a free country, follow the guidance of peace-loving, honest people who are willing to live and let live, and not excessively punish people whose ideology they disagree with. If your willing to cage someone for possession of a plant, no telling what you would do to someone who seriously compromised with your political agenda. If you want chaos, follow the guidance of the police. Have you ever known a cop's kid who was normal?
