Talk about history for sale...Jacksonville celebrated the French in May 2012 and St. Augustine will celebrate the Spainard Ponce in 2013. As always follow the money. Those who are paid with tax dollars keep spinning and spending. Keep smiling and as one politician says "Cheers."
