Taubman to build new shopping centre in Puerto Rico

Taubman Centres Incorporation, a US-based shopping centre developer, has announced plans to build The Mall of San Juan, a $405 million shopping centre, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

I love this!!!. I visit pr all the time and look forward to this mall. It will bring more jobs and money to the island. I hope parking is ample and traffice managed as it can get crazy in pr with the traffic and parking....Good luck
I'm not sure where it is but my hopes are it is in the condado area. Plaza de las americas gets to crowd and not enough parking. My hope isthis will be a better experience. I like the idea of a casino.

It is located in the southern end of the puente Moscoso and it will include a hotel and casino....

In my opinion, it will be the last mall to me built in the San Juan area...there's no more space....

Only one third of Pza Las Americas' size.

A half a billion dls. mall, it will take the mall construction to a whole new level of luxury, so...Pza. will be obliged to keep up with the new standard....as wll as others around the island.
