Maybe at some points, Oregon is better than California. But for me, I think the culture/people on the west coast are similar--lazy, drug-addicted, drunk, messy, fake, welfare-grabbing, dishonest, etc,. nothing good with west coast people.

Oregon is the perfect blend of sleaze and culture. I see and experience things every day that delight and/or disgust me. If I trully hate anything about living here in Portland, Oregon it's that those assholes in City Hall and the Multnomah County Commissioners are always looking for new ways to separate us upstanding citizens from our hard earned dollars. I live in rural Washington County but work in East Portland. Parking for my vehicle has never been a problem until now. They've decided that my workmates and I now have to pay a yearly parking fee just for the privledge to park and work in the city. Honestly if I thought I could earn a decent wage there I would move back to rural Idaho.
