I attended HAC in the late 70's and early 80's. I married a man who was a graduate of HAC. We are now divorced. I was out of church for many years, now remarried and active in church once again. Thank God He forgives. I stumble across all this about Hyles, Combs, Nischik etc. quite by accident. I don't even know how to describe how I feel. Cheated, foolish...I just don't know. I think about all the people I "led to Christ". It scares me. Were any of you students at the time I was there.

My sister and brother were there at that time. You're certainly not alone in having had your innocence and youth used to serve the ends of these grasping and corrupt men. I'm sorry you went through so much pain. But I am glad you came out the other side. Some never do. I've written two books for survivors:
