His father was a French immigrant, his mother a poor relation of a Polish aristocratic family.
Most of his great works were composed in France.
Meanwhile, Polaks claim as their native son, why ?

Its becuz his ancestry is half Polish.

Since his great works was composed in France, under guidance of his mistress, Polaks should be secondary only.
