Did not read the whole article, but hopefully they are notrecommending legal races in chicago and suburb streets. Even if they do, they will make the racers pay for that

In the muscle car era, races used to run on Fulton, usually between Western and Damen, or Damen to Ashland. The railroad tracks helped to hide the activity. A common bet was title to the car.
