I dont think so that you are right, be sure that when the new Government came then every thing became so expensive and dont forget that Pakistan's 70% of population is comprised of poor and middle class family who cant effort all thses and always try to be positive, i am sure that if Musharraf's Government remains still, then in 2020 Pakistan will repalce America.
