This man, the father of the three children, got a DUI, car taken for driving without a license or insurance... failed to pay the fine.. went to pick up his car and was arrested for not paying the fine.

Now his lawyer wants him to stay in the USA, get a green card so he can take care of his children. I DONT THINK SO.. and I HOPE HE DOES NOT GET IT.

I really feel for the Hispanics who want to come to America legally but do not have the means to do so. But, I cannot condone coming into our country illegally. This has to stop. I am supporting Sheriff Joe in this situation. They (including any American born children they may have had while here) need to be deported.

America is not able to care for its own homeless and hungry. We simply cannot support the entire country of invading Hispanics from the Southern Border either.

Many of them pay thousands to coyotes to bring them and or their children to the USA. They have more money than they let on. Since their families can come up with money for coyotes, they Could wait and apply for entry the legal way, they Choose not to do so. IMO. You are correct we can not support the entire country, nor should we. Truly we are experiencing being Taxed without Representation... and forced to pay for health care and so much more.

You have a long way to go to understanding the root of why we're angry. You are probably a recipient of state welfare for your child or your family doles out your schooling and childcare expenses. You need to educate yourself. Taxpaying citizens are being razed and have had enough of the welfare panhandlers and political schmoozing BS.

The point is that those crimes that are committed by illegals could have all been prevented had our borders been enforced and every illegal (no matter from what country) kicked back so that they can leech off their own society!!

I hate to disappoint you but I am a part time college student and part time Hooters waitress. I get NO freebies. Plus my parents help me so that makes me pretty much self supporting. I am quite familiar with this issue and I think the people and business owners who employ the aliens should be jailed and fined heavily. Combined with the cessation of all taxpayer funding would be an effective way to combat the problem.
