Come on Jim, you and I both know that on these boards the term "illegal" is slang for the official term "illegal alien". by statute and "illegal alien" is somebody who is in the country in violation of our immigration laws. This includes not only illegal entries, but in overstaying visas. When you have to twist things to prove your point is correct, it is usually a sign that it is not. I have read enough of your posts to know you have the knowledge and intelligence to decipher the difference here. Quit INTENTIONALLY twisting facts to make them fit into your warped views.

Sheriff Joe was a well thought of DEA SAC. The people who complain about him are scared of something. I have met only one person who did not like him, and he was on Sheriff Joe's security detail, and the deputy wanted to be back on the road, catching bad guys.

I recall hearing similar statements during the desegregation of the South when we sent in the Army to uphold the laws of the land.

Perhaps Old Joe has stepped over the line in which case he might find himself wearing pink undies in his own system.

I was asking a question of a poster who splashes worthless rhetoric all over the place. I was curious to see if he tires of it. I got my answer from his feeble response. He loves meaningless words. Realizing that, I chose to ignore him, like I normally do.

The Mikulski H-2B amendment - an amendment that could lead to hundreds of thousands of new unskilled H-2B guest workers flooding the labor market in only a few years - is still in the Iraq War Funding Bill. This is because the Iraq War Funding Bill is being considered in two parts and point of order raised by Senator Menendez only applied to the first part. The H-2B provision is in the second.
