Do not use this place under any circumstances. If you read below you will see my experience in dealing with them.

I needed rims fast so went to M&Sons in Glendale AZ . I did not take car as its torn apart for body and paint. I told them its for 1966 Pontiac Catalina and they told me I need 14x7 and quoted me 950. I asked if could be returned if not fit my car, THEY SAID YES in front of a witness. Anyway I bargain for 900 and only after taking my money told me the fifth wheel did not include a adapter or spinner which is shady as hell as giving a guy a 50 dollar discount and deducting 80+ in parts isn't very good dealings. I never even got my 5Th wheel at all.

Anyway, We went and tried to put car on shop and did not fit so went back to M&Sons and they stated no refunds on wire wheels. Then eventually agreed to go to refund me minus 60 dollars mounting fee (that's OK). But having reservations based on the dealings today I posted the situation here on LAY IT LOW.

Fast forward to now. Still no 5Th wheel and no refund and they allegedly said they are hesitant about giving me a refund based on my posting the story on the internet. Truth be told if that's case they never planned to refund to begin with.

Anyway, Im now trying to buy wheels from another source as do not like dealing with shotty business people and now have 4 brand new Wire wheels (should have 5 eventually) and not a single one is of any use to me at all .

This funny as these guys have no professionalism. OK, I can hardly make phone calls as I do not talk well by phone unless I very comfortable with the person. Anyway, My mom called M&Sons in Glendale Az.

They said they didn't give me my 5Th wire wheel because I talked about them on LAY IT LOW. They should realize had they handled shit correctly no one would need to say anything about them. Anyway by not giving me my wheel or promised refund they are only proving what they are. I'm doing nothing but documenting what they say and do in clear view for all to read. That stated if they look bad its due to thier doing not mine as they could just as easily look decent by making good on thier word. But they choose to be sad about situation being told on a website, a situation which shouldnt even exist I should add.

Next they said they didn't go try the wheel on the car to be sure it doesn't fit as they where to busy. So what? Damn these guys got lots of excuses.

Lastly, They said no refund was issued as the owner went out of town last night and only he can issue refunds, allegedly he will not return until Tuesday. Uh didn't he know yesterday if he was going out of town? And if so why did he agree to issue refund today?

Professionalism at its finest guys and it just keeps getting better. LOL.

WOW LOOK WHAT I FOUND ONLINE. THEY SCAMMED THIS GUY ALSO.

PASTED:

I went to M & Sons recently and they gladly sold me a set of wheels, however they were junk and I was totally ripped off. I am not a wheel expert, so I don't know what to look for in this situation, but they totally took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. I know this sounds awful, but they are a bunch of mexicans looking to make a quick buck and they don't care who they screw over to do it. When I tried to return the wheels they accused me of switching out the "good ones" with the bad and then trying to return all four. I was unaware I had any others to switch with, even then, all four they sold me have the same corroded pattern on them, it would be amazing to find any others like them. Then, they reluctantly offered to give me store credit in exchange for the junk wheels I bought, but I never want to deal with these people again and there is nothing in their store that I would want. You could not pay me to go back to this place and make a deal with them, my experience there was really that bad. I seriously hope these guys go out of business so they cannot take advantage of other people they way mistreated me

CLARIFICATION AND A APOLOGY TO BIG ALEX FROM TOTAL STREET STATUS.

I just got home from meeting with Alex ,the big guy I met at M & Sons , and wanted to say that Alex had absolutely nothing to do with the situation but rather just walked into a situation without knowing what was going on. He doesnt even work for them. To be honest Alex is cool as hell and had fun talking to him when we met.

Anyway, Alex does not work at that place and has his own business called TOTAL STREET STATUS. He also will try to help me in regards to my wheels even though he has nothing to do with the situation. Alex, If you read this my apologies and was nice meeting you today. After our meeting I think you understand what happened.

BTW, The car show , on Aug.28Th with the $2000 hop is being held by ALEX and isn't a M & Sons thing. I look forward to attending that show. I also know who will be calling if I ever need anything lowrider related as big Alex seems to know everyone in Phoenix.

Also, I want to say thank you to Mark from AZ-Connection for getting me in touch with Alex.

I used to run a garage, and you need to know that some cars have 3 or 4 different parts and sub'part/s variations. Telling them it was a 1966 Pontiac Catalina is NOT SPECIFIC ENOUGH, They may well have had 1966 Pontiac Catalina Wheels in stock but they would not fit your model.

Another thing a 1966 car is 45 years old, the kid who served you might have been 25 years old, and could not be expected to know 'everything'. You really needed the VIN number, to have taken a wheel with you which from what you say was off'thecar and handy, and it was upto you to exercise some care. You say they've given you your money back apart `from $60-00 dollars so whats the beef. If you ask me you AFTERWARDS SUFFERED from buyers remorse and this is proved by your post. If I was this wheel man I'd would insist you remove your defamatory comment or sue you in Court. They wanted $950,00, yiu haggled them down $50.00, it was your negotiated discount not there's. A minor point I'd bet you saw another set of wheels and these influenced you to go 'slagging them off'. All in all your post is a poor reflection on you ' not them. And before you start saying I'm there pal let me add I AM 5000 miles away in England.

Crassus,

In Ireland they take the tyre off, pour molten lead inside to cover the hole then allow it too set, they throw cold water over it to cool it down. Lately some cowboy garages have started to use clear silicone glue used to repair leaking roof gutters. I imagines they have a lot of cowboy garages your way. I saw Gene Autreys car in LA and it had cow horn's on the hood. Do you call them steer horns?

Kwick-Butt, the number 1 brand leader.

Crassus, what a brilliant idea, we can franchise it and make $-MILLIONS. We need a few slogans and a brand name, what about FIX-A-BUTT, quick, simple and won't budge during foreplay.

I'll issue you with 2 million $00.10 cent shares, which will go sky-high on the unlisted stock market, and we'll all get rich. No need to bother with licensing, thats what I like about your ideas and plans, No Government InterefEnce.

Stay away from this place no profecionalism and they will disappoint you the day I went to get my money back three other people were there for the same reason they told us the owner was out of town for the week later the same day I called and a kid answerd the phone I asked to speak to the owner and I figured the kid forgot to mute the phone and I could clearly hear the owner say in Spanish tell him I'm not here that made me mad so the next day I went back to the shitty shop and when I walked in the owner was there finally but he was getting in a argument with another costumer about them stealing his wheels he left for sale not surprising at all when I confronted him he said the owner was gone he was just the manager just stay away from this place I never got my money back
