I am following this trial. That guy lives in my town. I personally think he is a little creepy and from what I have seen of the trial, he could be guilty. That would be sad for his kids. How hard for them to live with the outcome of this trial.
The trial got postponed until th 12th because the defense attourney is sick. I axiousley wait for it to restart.
If he goes to jail, maybe I will keep his wife company. I'm sure she will need some services.

I'm sure there are lots of husbands and boyfriends out there that could just return the favor to Doug.

I've heard he's been around a lot.

Has anyone read the book "The Pact" by Jodi Piccoult? Even if he was just following her wishes to die, it is insane to think he is innocent or normal. I hated the book, and I hate the idea it promotes. Doug Grant is guilty either way. P.S. I went to high School with him and he was a creep then too.

Is the trial in progress? It seems like there's been no media coverage since the jury selection. What's going on?

I have a friend who was best friends with Faylene. She is LDS and believes he is guilty. She heard conversations over the phone of him running after her in the house in anger. But they won't let her testify after she did already and they are ignoring her testimony. She left a week ago to go to some trial reguarding this dispute.

I have a friend that was best friends with Faylene. She claims that while talking to her on the phone that Doug was running around the room after Faylene in anger. She went to a trial less than a week ago. But even the journalist are keeping the dispute like a rock in the sand.

He was found guilty of Manslaughter just today. It was all over the news this afternoon. He could get as little as 7 years or as much as 21. The problem is that he could be in jail and serve 6 months and they could let him out on good behavior. I think that Faylene's family should sue for custody of his sons. They should not be with the women he killed his wife to be with!
