Review: GNR Property Management

Terrible Service. My son rented a first floor/basement apartment from GNR and it has flooded out three times in four months. Now he is stuck in a lease on an apartment he has spent more time sleeping on a living room couch than in his own bed. Joe at GNR has made several promises to fix the situation and delivered on very few. If you are a parent or student looking to rent an off-campus property at Temple, I would look to do business with anyone other than GNR.

As a previous tenant (2009-2012), I can confidently say that GNR Property Management is a great choice for college students in need of off-campus housing. They are very prompt with repairs and problems that may arise on their properties. They also work with their tenants to provide modern, safe and comfortable facilities at affordable prices.

Please do not lease with GNR they are terrible with communication and give no reasoning when returning security deposits. one person got all of it back, the next half and I got left with nothing when we were all on one lease, save your self the trouble and rent from someone else
