Attorney: Philly Police Beating A Case Of Mistaken Identity

Attorneys for three men beaten by Philadelphia police claim the officers concocted a story that the trio were shooting suspects to cover up a case of mistaken identity -- an allegation police vehemently deny.

Mistaken identity...what BS!! Everytime a black guy gets caught doing something wrong his mom is always saying "He is a good boy...he wouldn't do that" That's crap! White kids don't do drugs, steal and shoot people? hmm the reid boys, school shootings etc.
Now don't get me wrong those guys deserved that beating, if they in fact were shooting at people or had guns on them, and I have the utmost respect for the officers. But "you women" is not called for. Direct that at those women not all black women. There are some damn poor excuses for mother's that are white too.

to be honest to u..if they were the one's involved in that shooting they shorely deserve what they got.....cause they shouldent be shooting at enyone just imagine if they was kid's around they have no heart so the beating shouldent faze them....the cops was just doing there job they probly was sceared that one of them was gonna shoot at them....the officers are here to pretect us an thats what they was doing.leave the officers alone.put them back to work

Oh my gosh Haggie please go to school. Your post is horrible. When you are typing your comment if a red line under the word appears please go look it up, that means you spelled it wrong. We do not beat criminal suspects in this country for a very good reason. Some of you are very anti-constitution and bill of rights. Some of you are asking for more of the same.

I think that this is terrible. The cop are out of control with this one. They have to follow the law. How are people suppose to trust them if they are allowed to beat and drag people out of cars whenever they feel.. If they were involved in a shooting then why didn't cop have gun drawn. I know i am not going to drag somone out of a car that has just shot somone.Thanks god for the media on this one
