In the early 70's I went to evening college classes in the city.

After class I waited INSIDE the building looking through the door window for my Dad to pick me up. Guys were trolling the area for girls to pickup.

Though vile and disgusting prostitution and its patrons are, shouldnt we really be focusing on other crimes. Like drugs and making the streets safer so children dont get shot while playing outside or kidnapped by perverts

Where there are prostitutes, there will be perverts and drug users, so it is a serious issue.

how come they always bust the johns but they never bust the prostitutes?
buying sex is illegal. selling sex is illegal.
they should have every one of these lascivious pigs in a 4x8 cell too. They're spreading disease and raising the price of MY medical insurance as a result of their pestilence. they should napalm the locations i swear. find the red light districts, drug alleys and gang areas and just napalm the crap out of them and start fresh.

they should force every single drug dealer found guilty to report immediately to the front line of any place america is at war.

Legalize it, tax it and make screening for disease and drug use to keep a solicitors license. Then there wouldn't be any lascivious pigs, just paying customers like in Nevada.

In the mid 70's da hoes would come up to the car and "grab" you! It was really cool for a 19 year old.

oh, okay, we are supposed to just ignore this problem because we should be focusing on "other more important" crimes. So, let's just ignore the fact that a parole officer is involoved and a state employee was supposed to be working at the time.

Calling all "petty" criminals, feel free to steal, do drugs, have sex in Kelly's front yard, she wants the police to be doing REAL work.

If they really want to bust prostitution just go on Craiglist and start there or go into Chinatown

The crime is having sex in people's front yards. Doing the drugs. People will continue to be perverts, but I don't think the exchange of money is making them do the drugs and be perverts. I've never understood why two people having sex for any reason is illegal by itself.
