Go to tanning salon or get your own tanning bed.
By keeping your skin tanned it helps the dead skin peel and new skin to generate. It is not a cure but it helps.

Yea i've had exzema since i was 6 weeks old too. i am 12 now and my mom keeps buying me greasy oils and i hate the feeling of it. i had it on my wrist then the crease of my arm above my elbow then my chest then neck and now my upper lip.My upper lip is always red at school and is so embrassing. i get remarks about it like what's wrong with your lip and you have a red mustache.i put water on my lip every night then aquafor to keep the moister but then in the middle of the day at school it turns red and wont clear up in time when i secretly put more on. It's SO EMBRASSING. :(

Mangosteen juice and Udo's oil have helped me significantly!! Both are natural. I had eczema as a child and then again since my teenage years (I'm now 31).
I have been taking 1 tablespoon of Barleans flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil blend every 3 hours and my skin stopped shedding skin daily.

I have also been roasting fresh sardines and then putting them in a stew. I eat that with rice, quinoa or millet in the afternoon. Then in the evening I drink 2 8oz cups of carrot parsley and celery juice

This is followed by sardines stew and avocado and minced salad blended together. In one week of this regimen, friends have noticed the difference in my face which was flakey on my cheeks, forehead and chin. Now my face is smooth. Here is hoping that my back clears up as well as my arms.

EUCERIN CREAM MIXED WITH CORTIZONE 10 CREAM.
^^^^Right on the money! My doctor prescribed me a concoction of Eucerin and Cortizone cream, which was mixed up by my local pharmacist. Worked wonders! When I asked the pharmacist, she told me all it was is Cortizone cream and Eucerin lotion.
