Mangosteen juice and Udo's oil have helped me significantly!! Both are natural. I had eczema as a child and then again since my teenage years (I'm now 31).
I have been taking 1 tablespoon of Barleans flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil blend every 3 hours and my skin stopped shedding skin daily.
I have also been roasting fresh sardines and then putting them in a stew. I eat that with rice, quinoa or millet in the afternoon. Then in the evening I drink 2 8oz cups of carrot parsley and celery juice
This is followed by sardines stew and avocado and minced salad blended together. In one week of this regimen, friends have noticed the difference in my face which was flakey on my cheeks, forehead and chin. Now my face is smooth. Here is hoping that my back clears up as well as my arms.
