3 Involved in Recorded Police Beating To Stand Trial

Three men involved in a police beating caught on tape will stand trial on attempted murder charges.

I don't believe this!!!! I am outraged about what has happen today in court. There has been too many different stories told on these men. If evidence were found then it should have been presented when the story first broke. If there were other cops that were on the corner when this happened the why are they just now coming forward. I think this is a big conspiracy and the cops are all lying to justify the unjustifiable. I think that the cops made a big mistake and instead of being honest they are trying to justify there wrongs.

Hopefully these animals are found guilty of attempted murder and spend a little time away from home. If these animals are so innocent why did it take them 2 miles to stop their vehicle with multiple police cars with their lights and sirens behind them??? Fry them all and the fired cops need to be rehired!!!

Instead of picketing the courthouse, maybe these parents should be trying to instill some values and morals in their own kids. The trouble with the youth of America today is lack of parental supervision or accountablility. Maybe the parents should be locked up. I saw the video and thought it was probably excessive force, but truley don't care. When you take a gun and shoot people and are caught, deal with those consequences. Extra judicial punishment is not justice, you goddamn fascist. And it's on videotape, so you can't weasel out and say it never happened...just this one time.

This aspect has nothing to do with whether the guys who got beaten were targeted in error - which, with any luck - we'll find out during the trial.

First off these 3 little angels were observed by an undercover Narcotica Officer be involved in the shooting then hop in their car and roll...roll and extra 2 miles without being stopped.

And second off, no one in my family will ever be in that situation or ever get shot by a P/O because we all were raised to respect the police and to do what they say.

Third, none of my family members would ever go and shoot someone thus would never be put in a sticky situation with the cops where they needed to be tuned up.

So riddle me this Mr. Expert, that helicopter is 500 feet up, you can honestly see what is exactly happening on the ground? Where you there? It looked like a pretty solid arrest to me.

hello...the day the story first happened when the news was only showing the video of them being taken out of the car everyone said they were witnessed shooting a crowd of people on a street corner by the undercover cops and THAT is why they were chased. this part of the story is old. and from day one, the 3 criminals and their money hungry families have all said they were beat because everyone thought they were the people who killed the cop. them being part of a shooting on a corner which killed some people isn't new stuff. they were witnessed and chased and two miles later they were apprehended with force because that is what was called for, the cops knew they had guns in the car.....THEY JUST WITNESSED THEM SHOOTING PEOPLE.
