Humans with any sense will avoid this so called 'festival' and leave town. Most (c)rap events end up with multiple incidents of senseless violence! Hopefully the taxpayers are not paying for this event!

Wonder if there will be any dictators in the audience? I thought Jay Z only played for terrorist dictator's- Qaddafi's sons.
