Another frivolous lawsuit settled. It sounds more like extortion. How did the kids behave before they were asked not to come back? Hopefully the former ownder have declared bankruptcy and won't have to pay these racist extortionists!

This IS a case of extortion...This was a PRIVATE CLUB...I am sure that NO other members were notified that a decision was made to allow the general public to swim ...I think the person who made this decision should be made to pay instead of the other members..I am sure, if I were a member, I would have NEVER voted to allow the public to swim there......Where are the municipal pools in that area???..the YMCA????
