700 missing after Philippines typhoon sinks ferry

Hundreds of passengers were feared trapped and may have died after their ferry capsized in the Philippines during Typhoon Fengshen, said two survivors who struggled to shore Sunday.

Not looking good for those folks at this point . I'm surprised they'd be running in the face of an impending typhoon , even a weak one as it was.
