Ok, but what happens when he gets back to the Philippines. Will he buy his way out? Remember the Ampatuans murdered over 50 people, mutilated and raped the women and some of them are going free. No talk of a trail yet, they seem to have dropped off the radar.

Don, that's one area, where Thailand has a big edge, you can buy your way out of a speeding ticket, but people all go down for big stuff.....differing degrees in corruption, i would suppose.....

Don,
The Ampatuans aren't off the hook. Conspiracy is a very difficult thing to prove. Since Sr. was not present at the slayings, he is going to be a difficult target for prosecution. Jr. has been identified as being there though.

We will see how long it will be before one of their clan dies from lead poisoning. The media will not let this story disappear so rest easy. Have faith that justice will be served.

With any luck, Ping Lacson will be the next a-hole caught and rendered. Nah, it would be better for him to resist arrest.
