If its Ting again, what can you say nothing because they deserved if they will be the mayor or congressman or governor. Look at Tuguegarao City now its one of the most progressive city in the Philippines, WHY because they are not a bloody corrupt people, they invest and they use the peoples taxpayer properly. Ther is only one thing that makes Tuguegarao not nice, too much trycicle Mayor Ting, the air is so polluted and the city is the hottes place to stay, Think how you will make the air clean in Tuguegarao, Yes the answer is scrap the Trycicles introduce Taxi and NEW BUS within the City not the second hand because this will just worsen the pollution and the driver they will be the first one to be trained and employed, GO TUGUEGARAO GO TING AND GO CLEAN AND FRESH AIR.

Hey, that's a good idea.... taxi and mini bus plus limited decent tricycles, that will be nice. I was born and live in the States, I take my vacation in the town of Enrile when I have a chance and spent time also in Tuguegarao and let me tell you this.... the city of Tuguegarao is growing, there are things need to be taken care of the city other than that it's a nice and fun place.

Congressman-elect presents priority program to Cagayan Vallet regional directors
by Oliver T. Baccay

Tuguegarao City (8 June)-- Cagayan 3rd District Congressman-elect Randolf S. Ting has laid down his priority projects for his congressional district, which is in line with his platform during campaign period, to the Regional Directors of regional government agencies in Region 2.

Ting met with the directors to state his priorities and to know some programs and projects that are not included in his agenda which is needed to be marked priority upon assumption into office.

The former city mayor turned congressman said education is his number priority, followed by agriculture, environment, health, services and infrastructure.

He said, during campaign period, he saw some barangays with no elementary schools and some areas with no high schools. Because of this, he promised to work with the Department of Education to construct school buildings in barangays which until now has no school buildings. He also promised to continue the scholarship program for poor but deserving students in 3rd district.

On agriculture, Ting and Agriculture Regional Executive Director Andrew Villacorta that they will both work to meet the needs of the farmers, especially in protecting their interest to traders. He further asked the director to provide him buffalos to be dispersed to farmers as one of his livelihood projects for farmers.

"3rd district of Cagayan is an agricultural land. Majority of our constituents are farmer, that?s why we need to protect the interest of our farmers and to help them boost their productions. I also saw that there is a big pasture area here that is why I thought of dispersing buffalos to farmers which will be distributed to identified beneficiaries during my inauguration", Ting said.

On environment, he said nurseries must be rehabilitated to produce seedlings to be utilized for massive rehabilitation. He also stated that he will continue infrastructure projects such as construction of roads, small water impounding projects, bridges and others that are beneficial to the public. He also promised to prioritize health and other services that are needed by the public.

"I am opening my heart to work hand in hand with you for the interest of the public. I want to fulfill all of my promises during the campaign period." the Congressman?elect said to the directors.

Ting, however, said he wants to pursue the priority programs, projects and activities through counterparting with the regional line agencies and even to Local Government Units. He further promised to solicit with secretaries and other sectors to help finance other projects if his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) will not be enough to finance the said priorities.(PIA 2)[top

Must introduce Taxi also, its a city but Tuguegarao City is well known as city of Tricycle causing too much pollution! One thing more, some of the tricycle drivers are bastos and asking capacity!

It's already May. Sabi ni Cagayan, transportation in Tuguegarao will be upgraded in a month's time. January pa niya sinabi yun. Wala pa akong nakikitang e-jeeps sa Tuguegarao. Progress? The minimum fare na 5.00? They have yet to happen.

There was a time which use to say Water in the River was Clean, where kids used to play and even moms do there labada, probably this was hundred years ago or more. Pasig River it was. Now people realize it takes so much time to recover. Mid 60's, a same athmospire I recall a beautiful small river running at the inner part of Tuguegarao. And I hope that hidden treasure of mine and to the cagayanos be keep as it was.

Yung proposal na taxi or mini-bus, even though magandang idea ito, i dont think it will be possible dahil mas magdadala lang to ng traffic. Okay ang e-tricycle or even the jeeps pero isipin muna natin un magiging epekto nito sa trapiko.

If you could just imagine, lahat tayo nagnenegosyo, lahat tayo sama-sama sa pag-unlad. Mas madami ang magiinvest sa atin dahil makikita nilang gumaganda ang quality of life sa Tuguegarao.

If anyone is interested into entering business, let me be of help. I am willing to help and teach people how to do a business for as long as there is the willingness and open-mindedness ng tao. Pwede niyo ako kontakin sa mga numerong ito: 09069038943 / 09228612283.

tuguegarao continues in forging ahead when it comes to economic development. But why so centralized therein? nearby towns to tugue or all other towns are part of cagayan can not see any progress. Wala man lang bakas ng pagbabago. I've been in different parts of the country, in most key cities in visayas and mindanao but adjacent towns, to these key cities are abreast with the progress. Sana naman magkaroon ng district development plans for progress in three districts in cagayan and pork barrel must be equally distributed to the towns.

you right, how can we realize which is better if we don't try other options. The problem in tuguegarao is that peiple are just merely contented of what they see at present. Actually I don't see any progress in tuguegarao, TUGUEGARAO ISC OMPARABLE TO A BIG BARIO PRETENDING TO BE A CITY. How many more long years will people of tuguegarao remain stagnant na nagtitiis. Maybe other deserving leaders could make a change in the near comming future. Almost all promises ang projects at this point is still hanging. .
