\wow there are some evil people in this world. How can I find out if someone I love is safe. She was arriving in cagayan de oro yesterday or today. I dont' know Macasandig is washed into the sea. Please if anyone can tell me I need to know. I can't get through on phones cells and I fear the worst. red cross is closed

unfortunately macansandig is one the most affected areas in cdo.. i have a friend who lost an aunt and their entire house because of the calamity..
