Foreign donors distribute relief goods

REPRESENTATIVES from Qatar Red Crescent Society visited Cagayan de Oro on Sunday and distributed relief goods at the evacuation center in Barangay Bulua.

Good for them and the only way to insure that the real victims get the things being donated.

Id guess its why they made the trip. Other donators should also consider this tactic.

They need to put a warning label that it is just a relief and nothing but a temporary relief and not a lifetime sustenance.
