The problem if they have them, people who works are using these trucks as their service to their families, service to a party, service to buy food, transport the rice illegally, etc. They should have a kind of law that prohibit the employees of using them for personal purposes. And they should have a free service car after shift or a driver to drive these employees back home , it's much cheaper than using the government service.

To solve these constant fires in the Philippines, the Philippines government should pass the law to those owners and dismantle old building and replace a new one , new wiring of electricity because too many people are tapping the electricity for Free.
