The entry of CVG is indeed a welcome development for Bacolod.
Now, we got new option when we are planning to work in a call center. however, i was told that there pay is just the same as TP's pay. In fact, in some level Teleperformance offers a higher wage than CVG according to an insider.
Secondly, TP is bigger in terms of number and revenue than CVG. You can double check these facts online by visiting google.com

Well, by this time, people here in Bacolod know already who pays well. In fact, we have people all over comming from TP because they were recent forced to go on VL and some were demoted. We dont do that in Convergys. :)

does convergys gave their agents the correct amount of salary and bonuses? TP (bacolod) doesn't.. as what i heard that is the problem of agents at TP (bacolod) in the present time..
most of the agents are planning to transfer because of this..
TP environment is fine.. but Payday is like hell.. as wat i heard.. disputes evry time.. disputes that are not given.. LOL
