I have a 55gallon show style tank. I have kept various fish as pets for the past five years. Due to a recent move I had to take down my tank. I have currently re-established my tank and am begining to cycle it. I plan on having a colorful show tank this go-around and am very much intrested in keeping fire claw and australian blue lobsters in it. I understand they can and will predate other tank mates opportunisticly. I am seeking any information regarding healthy habitat for them and will adjust my show fish species accordingly as I plan the lobsters as center species. I need to know proper ph levels, lighting, feeding, temperature, general and wellness care, max number of individuals, if the two species can co-habit, and where i can purchase healthy specimens. I plan on having one subject of each species. Also importatant is if they will algea clean or if I will need a hardy type of plecostomus for that tank health function. Any help is appreciated thank you!
