A tiny minnow, known as the Nooksack Dace, has won a giant of a victory! Through our legal partner, Ecojustice, Environmental Defence and three other groups have won a lawsuit against the federal government. We argued that the government had broken its own law by failing to protect the habitat of this endangered fish. The Judge agreed.
