Yes, OF COURSE IT'S A SCAM - THERE IS NO PUPPY!

The pet scammer will ask interested buyers to pay the dog’s shipping costs to a fake “pet shipping company” in CAMEROON AFRICA. The victims wire money for the dogs but only get excuses for the delay. Instead, they're repeatedly asked for more money to cover additional "fees" invented by the scammer. Then the scammers will concoct even more fees that the victim needs to pay after the dog has been supposedly shipped.

BEWARE, THESE CAMEROON AFRICA PET SCAMMERS ARE MAGGOTS ALL OVER THE INTERNET.

You can identify these scammers because they will insist you pay by money order or wire transfer. NEVER wire funds via Western Union, MoneyGram or any other wire service -- anyone who asks you to do so is a SCAMMER.

Beware of a Dr Paul with English Bulldog puppies email paulvaughn55@gmail.com he was referred by Kim.leak@aol.com. I inquired about a bulldog pup and was told by Kim her pups have been booked but referred me to Dr Paul said she received her pup from him. After numerous emails and phone calls I stupidly sent $500.00 via money gram. Spoke to him after money sent then I received email from Buma pet freight stating Dr Paul would pay for better crate but I needed th send $374-400 for insurance
Which was refundable. Send by money gram. Spoke again to Dr Paul told him no more money to send. Said would get back to me. Have not heard from him and phone # for both Dr Paul and Buma pet freight left messages with no response. I even attempted to contact Kim Leaks no response.

Subject: English bulldog puppies
Hi Dear,
Thanks so much for the mail and interest regarding my puppies i have just attach pics of the puppies for your view. We have a male and a female puppies now available and they are 11weeks old, they have very good temperament with kids and other pets, they are very playful and love to play around with toys and kids, they are health guaranteed and A KC registered, they are up to date on all their shots and they will be coming along side with their health papers and vet records. First i wish to let you know that we are given these puppies out because my wife just died. She was located in JAMES TOWN NORTH DAKOTA and all of us are there now .She was the owner of these cute little babies. Since she is now late , We can't keep the puppies here in such condition because each time we see them we keep thinking of her .So we want to give them out to a lovely and caring home where they can be treated as such and keep us up dated on monthly progress. These puppies will be coming from NORTH DAKOTA, But if you would be able to come over here for the pick up, we shall be very great full, but if you can't come , we can make arrangement for home delivery with the pet delivery
service and they will get the puppies delivered at your doorstep. Below are just some few questions i will like to ask;
Where are you located?
Do you have any kids ?
have you ever own this breed before?
why do you love this breed?
what sex are you interested in having?
How soon do you need these pup over?
what's your mobile number?
Sorry for all the questions , but we just want to be sure that the puppies are going to the right home and they will be having all the love and attention they need .We are given each of them out for $350, So please if you are interested, just get back to me, so that we can proceed with the necessary arrangement for the puppies.Waiting to Read Back From You Soonest.

has anyone been scammed by someone named sharon jackson. She is claiming to have had to relocate to alaska to be with her daughter who became sick. She has two pups named toby and fionna that are bulldogs and saying we only have to pay shipping. At first it seemed legit but then we found the same picture of the puppy toby we are supposed to get friday on google and the date was feb 5th of 2011. I also saw almost the exact same email in another forum for a scammer. Please let me know. Lately she has been very repetative and when I told her I was not paying the fare for shipping until I confirmed with the airport here in kansas that he would be on the flight she instantly shut me down and wouldn't answer any of my question. Please let me know!!

It is, in fact, possible to acquire an AKC dog for a very low price, but you need to be ready to do some footwork and to make some concessions. A reputable breeder cares very much about the bloodline and will not let a dog reproduce which would degrade it. So what do you do with a pup that has conformation problems (too big, too small, wrong markings, etc)? One choice is to kull (read euthanize) it. Another is to save it but under very specific conditions: you require the buyer to sign an agreement to promptly have the dog spayed or neutered and you do not release the AKC papers until they have done so. What the buyer gets is a poor representation of the breed but, nevertheless, a purebred dog, very inexpensively.
