I hear on the news about people being arrested on animal abuse.(neighbors catching other neighbors) But what I dont understand is Circleville law enforcement tells neighbors.. If the animal is on your property you have the right to kill it! I just think this is wrong. I have heard them say all you have to do is tell us you felt threatened by the animal, and nothing will be done.
Causing injuries to unwanted or dropped off animals isnt the answer here |
