I think double voting or voting in multiple locations is more common than people think. I think college students would be the most susceptible to this. College students would be na´ve enough to think they could vote where they are currently living and where they are from since college is only temporary. They would assume dual residency would mean two votes. A college campus is ripe for a massive voter registration drives and what do most young people want to do-fit in. So if they did not register to vote in front of their peers they might not fit in.
I think the northern snow birds who spend half the year down south in places like Florida might do the same thing. People who recently moved could also pull the same stunt. I think this was termed dual voting.
