I filed my income tax 2/14/08. I am on social security and didn't have to pay any money in. I also didn't get anything back. My question now is after I have met all requirements and ext. why I didn't received my stimulus check on 5/16/08 as promished

I got a letter fromthe department of treasury on June 9, 2008. The letter said I would have my payment by June 13, 2008. and still nothing even when I checked online they say there is no info. on my payment. Why is this?
