This further proves my previous statements that our systems are not connected and if your gonna commit fraud what's another charge for lying to get it theft by deception, perjury, and the like.
That's why the courts and government offices make people sign documents under penalties of perjury it's a scare tactic to get people to tell the truth believing if they lie some one will find out. Maybe so but usually unless someone rats or it's obvious you usually get away with it and statutes of limitation for such crap is 5 years.
Look at this case she got away with it for 11 years. Had the systems been "connected" they would have caught it much sooner.
Take William Curry for example he was collecting welfare, unemployment all while being a certified worker and registered with the Department of agriculture for his Daddy's plain and fancy catering buisness but he only scammed a couple of grand probably not enough for the county to want to spend on prosecuting they probably figure F it he's got nothing to be had anyway. Now $70,000.00 I'm sure that woman's got something worth the D.A.'s office going after. But a deadbeat scumbag is free to collect and fraud isn't that something???

Your musings are plenteous but your factual support of your claims is nonexistent. I am not saying their is no truth in anything you say but some occasional proof would go a long way to give you at least some credibility.

Do you know how to access court records Sir usedtobeblue???
I usually put docket numbers and what county courthouse the records of such proof can be verified and or viewed is this not proof enough??? Court Records???
For example Judge Kelley banging the public Defender and than having a PFA put agaist him records are at the Adam's County Courthouse and just google search the Dis-Honorable Judges name and mad articles come up.

OK Sir usedtobeblue,
I have proof for you yet another example/Proof that our systems are not connected like the governement would like people to think they are.
Cornealious "Mike" Anderson was Sentenced to 13 years in prison and spent 12 plus years having a job, started a church and the D.A. claims/alledges it was a clerical error but I think it's a pittiful, pathetic and Lame excuse for not wanting to admit that our systems are not connected and are crap. It.they can be manipulated any way they wish it to appear..... Who know what the real truth is but this much we know for sure if a person is assumed to be incarcirated which is what the News articles state how can they be employed ect. Unless our systems are not connected. I'm sure after a lot of my posts they will quickly try to form one but good luck it's not like it will happen tomorrow and so the fraudulant scamming shall continue.
Sad but true I never said I agree with it but I'm telling people the truth about our "Alleged" systems and that you can commit fraud all you want unless you get "caught or are dumb enough to confess how would anyone know and if they did look at William Curry who cares if your a scumbag with nothing to offer unless you get a substaintial amount of money thye can get there hands on scumbags are not worth the prosecuters time or the countys money......

Your suggestion to have people sign "documents under penalties of perjury it's a scare tactic to get people to tell the truth believing if they lie some one will find out" is a good one. Thing is, SS already does this! So it must not be helping much.

They may be just starting to "connect the dots" but as this case proves it took 11 years for them to find out about this even though court records which are public proved her no longer eligable. Like a frauder or crook is going to do the right thing and report the change get the F out of here but that's what the government expects so really the ones who get screwed when someone lies are the innocent truth tellers. That's what's wrong with the system they should know immediatly if someone is lying just by computer checks like now with employment they are just now mandating that buisness's check S.S.#'s through a verification system. I think what took so long but the saying is still true what I said if false statements were not able to be taken and assumed true there would be no need for "perjury rule" now would there???
