A decision should be made. No one person should have the privilidge of being a superintendent,a consultant and retired. Especiallly to the tune of $200 + K a year. Look at the definitions of superintendent, supervisor and consultant. A consultant is not a supervisor. If P.I.S.D. needs a consultant they should hire one in the field of expertise where is needed. This thing is hinky and shows extreme greed on the part of someone.

They won't. The millionaire club will make sure nothing happens. He will retire in May and nothing else will be said.

I would suggest that you do a quick search for the consulting group Mr. Trull contracted through. You will find hundred of schools across Texas have/are participating in efforts to save districts money. Mr. Trull did not seek it out, the board of directors presented him with the opportunity to help the district. His retirement, he paid into for 30 plus years....Would anyone have a problem if he went back to work for another state entity or for the local superstore?? Many retired teachers have to work to supplement their retirement and it is not considered double dipping.

Yes he does and I hope they lock his azz up. Theft is theft. Helping the district? Haha. Yeah my taxes are through the roof partly because of that idiot. Glad he's gone.

Trull was great for Paris schools. Anyone should be able to figure out why our test scores are what they are.
