Immigration Reform - Common Sense and Reality

Jun 15, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Examiner.com

Recently and repeatedly, Americans have been forced to hear how their opposition to granting Amnesty and Citizenship to illegal aliens currently residing in this country demonstrates American insensitivity to the less fortunate.

the thing is gov caused all this mess by refusing to enforce all the laws we have. there is not time like now to start showing the world we are a country of laws, forget the p/c bleeding heart cry baby excuses just enforce the laws let all fall where they will not our problem. those who get upset do not matter anyway they are not citizens and deserve nothing.

This country cannot provide a better life for everyone in the world. Nor can we provide a better life for everyone who manages to sneak into our country. Anyone in the world who wants a better life can immigrate legally to this country and will be welcomed. We made a tragic decision in 1986 to allow for a one time exception to the legal process, thus encouraging millions who followed to expect another amnesty program. Are we really dumb enough to repeat our previous failure? There should be one and only one legal way to become a citizen of this country. A rational system would be a merit based system with yearly caps based on our unemployment rate. There should be no way someone living in this country illegally could earn a living here. I.E. No possibility of employment and no possibility of ANY government entitlement or handouts.

It is also time to wean our nation from legal temporary workers. Temporary work visas should be phased out over a ten year period freeing up jobs for our own citizens.

Less about the less fortunate and more about criminals.
Illegal aliens choose to break the law instead of applying for legal entry, like millions of people do.
Criminals in that they illegally enter the country and even more criminal if they work illegally, do not pay taxes on wages, do not pay hspital or other bills, use ITNs for their tax frauds, and the list of crimes go on and on.
This is not behaviour that needs to be rewarded in an sense but rather punished.
Illegals were rewarded with amnesty before and tens of millions more came since then and demand their amnesty now. Gove it to them and in another 20 years tens of millions more will be here demanding theirs as well.
Add in chain immigration of all these illegals now who may get amnesty then the low end of 11 million illegals would increase to 30 million. The 3 million reagan claimed were here turned out to be almost 7 million and in two years through chain immigration of them bringing in family the number increased to almost 15 million more unskilled/low skilled people, disabled collecting SSI, elderly getting Medicare and most immediately collecting welfare and Madicaid. None paid back taxes but instead claimed no earinings at all or less earnings that would require taxes be paid but rather got tax refunds. In 1987 dollars as I recall it was 2 billion. Last year alone illegal aliens filing tax returns with ITNs paid in nada but received 4 billion in returns, mostly for child tax credits.

That's why they need to be legalized so that they could start paying taxes otherwise they will keep milking the US.

Americans have always had an unfair advantage compared with immigrants. If this does not change we will never have a fair balance, and the country will remain divided.

right now there is no need to help immigrants or illegal aliens, now is the time to make a stand for citizens only. others can go back home until there is a need for them. immigration system is not in place to help immigrants it is there to help the country and right now they are hurting the country

this "amnesty" is not about granting usa citizenship to new americans.

it's about an invasion of the united states of america by people who have absolutely no desire to assimilate and become citizens of the usa.

these people only want to to suck the wealth of the usa dry to improve their countries of origin.

don't believe me? call me racist? listen to their rhetoric and tell me again what you think..

http://americanpatrol.com/FEATURES/010608NIGH...
http://www.americanpatrol.com/REFERENCE/billr...

the people talking in the above video are prominent hispanics in our country who have dual citizenship.

joe baca, juan hernandez, antonio villaraigosa, fabian nunez, etc. the list goes on.

hell, the entire hispanic caucus is involved.

don't know who these guys are? do yourself a favor people, google their names. learn their history.

mecha, la raza, reconquista, aztlan... google this stuff. find out what they are all about.

prepare for the civil war that they themselves preach to the world.

the country will remain divided as long as we keep granting citizenship to those who have absolutely no desire to assimilate and become citizens of the united states.

anybody who has dual citizenship is telling you their loyalties do not reside with the usa. PERIOD.

Strange that a poster who calls himself "Asian Guy" would talk about assimilation. How long do you think it will take in your case?

This whole issue is about common sense. If this amnesty would pass, it would be the biggest boondagle ever. Yes, that's including Obamacare. But the people who stand to make a lot of money off exploiting these illegals really want the extra money this amnesty could provide. The yeahs could give two sh#*s that the American worker is getting the shaft. They only care about themselves. And you could basically draw the line on this bill where those in support are in it for themselves whereas those against it are looking out for the American people. I'm down with the American people.

Common Sense and Reality

The reality is that ILLEGAL immigrants are committing crime and common sense says you treat them like a CRIMINAL.

http://www.nbcnews.com/id/22562690/ns/technol...

http://www.examiner.com/article/identity-thef...

Yet many citizens get sent to jail for ID theft.

http://blogs.sacbee.com/crime/archives/2013/0...

http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story...

Heck we have families who lied on their township residency have their kids removed from school and billed for tuition because the parents didn't live and/or pay taxes here. Point being you commit fraud or LIE on official paperwork you lose your privileges.

Being on someone's property is tresspassing and/or criminal tresspass so why are more ILLEGALs caught on private property charged with these offenses. THEY ARE CRIMINALS
