This woman ruined my high school with her hostility and insensitivity. She is wild for this recent crime. I'm disgusted.

By the way, does being convicted of a felony matter in terms of keeping one's job as a Hampton School System administrator, teacher, etc. or is the six months in the can qualify as a "sabbatical"?

Once she is ofically charged, she can enter a plea deal to knock it down to a misdo' or fight it. I don't see any Commonwealth's Atty accepting that deal. Once she is brought to Gen Dist Court and Finalized and set for trial to carryover to Circuit Court, this may take a year with continuances. Once she is found guilty, she will stop receiving her bloated HCS check. A felony conviction may be class 4,5,6 imo ; Felons,(Michael Vick exception) are not allowed to work in any Gov't school that I know of or give speeches.
A Misdo'. can be anything from 20 mph over the speed limit to playing your car radio too loud or punching someone, and many good teachers who protested anything in college and were booked, have a misdo'...
Felony is a whole different animal. Does not look good for her and she should pay back the money and plea bargain.
