When to apply

In a month I'll turn 66. Should I apply now for SS benefits? Will I receive the amount that is displayed when I sign in to my account with Social Security dot Gov for age 66 even if I apply one month early. The reason I ask is that there is a $34 differential between age 65 and age 66.
