While the resentment class conservatives have failed, over 50 times, to repeal The ACA. They never had a plan to replace it. The big boy pants don't fit this current crop of malcontents on the right.

We don't have to repeal it. People are ignoring it, and refusing to pay the fines, and there isn't a damn thing the Boy King can do about it. I don't know anyone who is afraid the Government will make them pay. It is a huge bust. Democrats will be punished at the ballot box in November, and once the Republicans have a veto proof Senate the last 2 years will be productive.

I don't want Obamascam fixed. I want it gone. In the meantime all the people who are having trouble with it will blame the Democrats in November.

Justice Thomas is an extremely intelligent man who was educated before Affirmative Action. He could get an education even if he was green with purple spots. No AA for him.
Thomas was born in poverty in rural Georgia but managed to gain admittance to Yale Law School. He acknowledges that he made it to Yale because of affirmative action but says the stigma of preferential treatment made it difficult for him to find a job after college.

The Republicans don't have anything better to do.

They have already stopped creating new legislation.

Don't want to risk any tea bag backlash.

Obama is the "Worst President Since WWII," Q-poll Finds

"The president’s second term has been marred by humiliations and setbacks. From the IRS, VA, and AP scandals to the botched Obamacare website rollout, the 44th president of the United States can’t seem to catch a break. And as a consequence, the public has bestowed upon him the most uncharitable of titles, according to a freshly-released Quinnipiac University poll: the worst American president since FDR: "

You left this off your clip:

"Five years from now, Americans will almost certainly look back with fonder memories of his time in office. Note that when Quinnipiac ran an identical poll, in the second term of Bush’s presidency, Americans rated him as the worst modern-day president—by basically the same percentage (34 percent) as they currently rate Obama (33 percent)."
