Cathy Marsden is posing in front of building defending an idea that someone in a wheelchair is protesting something because -for 'the woman' in the wheelchair this isn't right. It creates an issue by pointing out that she is handicapped or temporarily disabled as long as the point is made. Cathy Marsden is defending that cause. Or does Marsden actually live in that building? Motive: If someone against the cause set up to defend it, create a problem, mention fines fees, restrictions or even eviction. You have government trying to create another tax free property for their own reasons. The people who are evicted will become government dependent, and the government will be able to control the cash flow! That's it they turn the property, into a tree with a park bench, and it's off the tax roll!

Target area: It has to be a target area set up for diversion. In this case the Maley Apartments has problem. Because giving a resident a hard time is the answer to avoiding ideas of construction around Orange Ave[which is cracked beneath the surface accept nobody can see it?] New construction is planned on one day of the week, and it becomes a haven for the homeless another day of the week set up by a religious group of nuts that get a tax write off, and the money from donations goes into a till, that's taken around the corner [how convenient] to the church on Bay Ave. where the money is laundered and the property is safe, without any reason to change anything! History repeats. People are promised new ideas and a diversion stands in the way

When a county builds enough organization and churches it becomes a members only idea equal to private concerns. A church will not only use that money for their own ideas, they do it by seeking out new followers people of interest, then it becomes a brainwashing technique that gets enough people to do the things that they are interested in. Find new people and it can be enough money to not only buy a vote, it's enough to pay for the votes that are not being counted. Build enough churches that find enough people the money adds up to corruption!

Add to this that if enough money is misspent by public/private organization it not only buys votes and casts them out [like casting people out for their sins..??] It's enough money to keep lawyers in charge of government if they don't have a law degree. And those laws are telling other clear minded residents. Your ideas of what the law is has been changed!

It's about government because, 1 Nobody knows anything about the people that live there. 2 if this is about 2 people where is the lady in the wheelchair that this is supposed to be about! 3.How many people in the building smoke, if there are too many that would set off an issue. How many people are complaining? Why is this an issue for those of us who create our own smoke free environment and don't even live it that building. Because some people want issues they don't want answers. And the news journal is always creating issues and avoiding the real answer!

You're talking in circles. And you missed both the article's topic as well as my point. The article is about smokers in public housing. I noted that smokers don't have smoking rights when they're under someone else's roof. Period. Anything you add to that is off topic. Like your rants about poor oppressed cancer stick addicts who can't smoke wherever they want. That is just a soap box rant unrelated to the article. That is OFF TOPIC. Get it? Of course you don't. LOL.
This is talking in circles
