This fake Bishop, Bishop Dowd, is in deed a scamer. I myself am a victim of his and Alex Trevino's scams. Alex Trevino is involved in this matter as well. I've been scamed out of over $500,000!!!!! Dowd and Alex came to me some time ago and promissed to pay me 5 times the amount of money for helping him with a supposed case that he and another party had going on in Chicago Illinois. My money was transferred into his account and transferred via wire to this other individuals account. I have record and proof of this!!!!! These two individuals have done this to multiple people and that's a FACT!!!!! The money was transferred into a non-profit account with JP Morgan Chase in Chicago Illinois! I'm in the process of a civil law suite against these individuals!!!!! I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE SCAM HAS NETTED THEM MORE THAN $10 MILLION!!!!!

If she allowed him to do it, so be it. Just because she is 87 years old, she knows right from wrong. Old people nor children are stupid although most people think they are. I believe she knew what she was doing, just because things didn't go the way she wished, now they are going to jail.

tai woods, you sound real stupid. even if she knew what was going on this is not the only person he's done this to and not the only case against him. he has several cases against him besides these.(this i know for a fact, nobody told me or i didn' get this off the internet). i knew along time ago when someone i knew went to the church. he was a crook then and he is a crook now. check the records before you comment. the sad part about it is he conned other people into his life of crime. he needs to spend eternity in mens central jail in the gay module and let them screw him like he's done other people.

Bessie Moore is the victim in all of this. It is a terrible shame every day she is even associated with this scandal!! The defendants'atty. plead Moore's case strongly to the court. It was a sad excuse for a preliminary hearing though (for the Deputy DA, who has no case based on these charges). While Ms. Moore remains in custody, Trevino, who is out on bail, and Dowd were clearly the authors of confusion.WHAT DID DOWD and TREVINO do with the money from the loans??? Food for thought...

ALEX TREVINO OUT ON ON BAIL... no way he should have been locked up with Dowd this only gives him the freedom to continue doing his dirty work and scamming more people out of money, I know for a fact everything he stands for is a LIE, TREVINO is a liar and a scam artist. He shouldnt be allowed to do anymore real estate. Trevino takes advantage of his license and hides his lies by preaching the word of god.... too bad most of the people he scams dont read or speak english they have no clue until their homes on foreclosed and all their money is gone... No wonder he was able to get out on bail.. he must have the money!!!!
