I think it would be great if the city of Livermore purchased the parcel and a new office space for the small businesses here in Livermore. Maybe include a park? The current occupancy rate at Sunset has more to do w/the old facility and property mgt than w/location and need.
If small business owners had access to a newer, nicer facility, they would use it. My 2 cents.
